Practice Nurse

The Practice Nurse provides the following services:

  • INR / Warfarin blood tests and monitoring
  • NHS Health checks
  • New Patient check
  • Cervical smears
  • Ear syringing (by prior agreement with your doctor)
  • ECGs
  • Diabetes and asthma care and annual reviews
  • Spirometry
  • Infant and adult immunisations
  • Dressings and removal of sutures
  • Blood pressure checks
  • Travel advice and vaccinations
  • HRT advice
  • Depo injections

We have a trained Phlebotomist who provides the following services:

  • Blood pressure checks

Practice Manager

Our practice manager Carly Ames is responsible for the administration and general management of the practice and ensures that the surgery runs smoothly. Any comments or suggestions are welcome and should be directed to her.


Our team of trained receptionists who will be happy to help you.  The reception team deal with appointments, repeat prescriptions, results, booking of transport and general enquiries. We ensure that the confidentiality of patients' records is maintained to the highest level by all staff. 

The Primary Health Care Team

This includes the usual staff at the surgery plus district nurses, health visitors, midwives, community psychiatric nursing team, social services, shared care and school nurses.

Health Visitor

They run regular baby clinics and are based at Molesey Clinic.

District Nurses

The district nurses are available to give nursing care to patients in their own home and work closely with the GPs.  Please contact reception for details.

Community Midwives

The community midwives help look after woman before and after giving birth. They hold regular clinics and expectant mothers usually see the midwife and the doctor on alternate visits. Your doctor will arrange this for you.


Our counsellor can be consulted at the surgery on a Thursday. This service is by referral from your GP.
